are a software company dedicated to offering quality software for the Windows PC at an affordable price. Located near Knoxville,
TN, our company was established in 2004 to provide a variety of embroidery software products.
Update Policy for all S & S Computing Products All software products offered by S & S Computing offer a free update
policy for the lifetime of the product (as long as we continue to offer it for sale). When updating a product already on your
computer, you will need to double-click the installer file twice: the first time, choose the Remove
option to uninstall the previous version; the second time install the new version. Upgrades (for example, from SewWhat! to SewWhat-Pro) are offered at a reasonable cost near the price difference between the products.
Downloading and Purchasing Products from S & S Computing All our products may be downloaded from this site or ordered on CD. The file that you download for any of
our products is a Microsoft Installer package file (with the extension "msi"). To install the product, double-click the
installer file. Then follow the installation directions. You may also download detailed instructions here for installing any of our products on your computer system.
If you order a CD (only available for retail
products), it will be shipped to you by US mail. Once you receive the CD, insert it into the CD player on your computer
and follow the instructions which will appear automatically on your computer screen.
Please visit the individual
product pages to download either the DEMO or the Retail version, or to order the Retail CD. All of our product
DEMOs come with a generous free no obligation trial period. For this reason all software
sales of S & S Computing products are final. Should you experience any difficulties with our software
after making a purchase, we will help to resolve them to the best of our ability...
Purchases may
be made through our online store by clicking the appropriate Add to Cart button (shown below) on one
or more of our product pages. Our shopping cart is powered by PayPal, but you may use any one of the credit cards
shown below or PayPal, whichever is most convenient for you. Add any time you can check or edit the contents of your
shopping cart by pressing the View Cart button at the top of all the product pages.
If you prefer to order via ordinary mail (USPS) you may download a
product invoice in either Adobe Acrobat© format (PDF) or MS Excel© format (XLS).
Once your online purchase has been verified, you will receive an email receipt from
our PayPal store. Note: this is not your product registration! Your registration will be sent
to you separately by email from S & S Computing, within 24 hours (or less) of your order. If you have an ISP with strong
